HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO BUY?
  • If you aren't sure on what size to purchase, please email us or refer to our SIZE CHART for more assistance.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • An email will be sent out with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. You can also sign up for a free account in the footer of our website to stay up to date on your order.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
  • Once an order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation. If you haven't, please be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder. Once an order has shipped, you'll receive an email to the email address that we have a file.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
  • All orders are processed within 3 business days and up to 5-7 business days during sale periods. Please note that weekends NOR holidays count as business days. Once an order is shipped, please allow an additional 5 business days for your order to be delivered.

MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT.
  • Once an order leaves our warehouse, we ARE NOT responsible for those lost or stolen packages. If your package has not arrived within 3 business days of the delivery date, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. We are unable to file a claim for customers.

    If for any reason you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can assist you!
